On the Hook opened in Botanic Ridge Village as the suburb was still finding its feet. Toni runs the shop with real personal investment in every order that goes out, responding to customers directly and building relationships with the regulars who have been coming since day one.
The shop is built around a simple idea: good fish and chips, cooked fresh, available to the whole community. From the regulars who phone ahead every week to the families who come in on a Friday night, this is the local they have been waiting for.
